Steam stop downloading mod

I had the same problem with CoD:MW3. Only after 3 or 4 tries it stopped downloading it again. I've done this at least three times for a certain game and it's remaining in my downloads tab.

I don't even see the option to delete local content at all when I right click a game. Is this feature. Included in the full screen mode? This solution works for every game on Steam: Go to your library, right click on the game you're downloading and want to remove and select "Delete local content".

Haven't played for a couple of weeks, but after seeing this thread, I loaded up the game with about 30 mods or so, loaded a previous save and all works just fine. I dunno, I think I have some sort of idea of what happened. So it turns out I have two steam directories.

One on my C: drive and one on my I: drive. Stellaris was installed on my C drive, but there were still filles leftover on the I drive even though I uninstalled it from there.

I did a full wipe from my I drive just now removing everything related to stellaris and hopefully we will see if this fixes it.

I dunno tho. Turn out that didn't even fix it, so i'm left with no clue again. In case anybody is wondering, I still haven't found a solution to this. Wouldn't mind any help I can get.
